Andy Russell, CEO
Andy is a digital media, ad tech, marketing tech, and data science innovator and pioneer as well as a self-taught Behavioral Economist.
He has invested in, incubated, or run over 50 technology companies, including: Daily Candy, Thrillist, Tasting Table, Idealbite, PureWow, Zynga, Betaworks, Business Insider, Sailthru, RapLeaf and LiveRamp, SpongeCell, AdRoll, and Bounce Exchange. He is the Founder and Chairman of Trigger Media, InsideHook and Fevo. He was also a founding partner with Bob Pittman in the private equity firm, Pilot Group and the co-founder of one of New York’s “hot spots”, Restaurant/Lounge, Moomba.
Andy is Chairman of Treat House (edible custom treats for gifting, e-commerce and retail) and sits on the board of the Mount Sinai Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and the Advisory Council for the NY Stem Cell Research Foundation. Andy is also the founding Chairman of BUILD, New York, has been the keynote speaker at the Prentice School, a school that specializes in teaching students with dyslexia, and recipient of Network 20/20’s Global Leadership Award. He is also a former board member of the DMA (Data & Marketing Association).
Andy graduated from Cornell University where he pursued a degree in Abnormal Psychology. He then went on to graduate from Columbia Business School.
Strategy
Now based in New York, Brando is a change agent, futurist and ecopreneur. Born in Switzerland and raised in Rome, his international education was oriented towards economics and cultural anthropology. In 1978 Crespi started BC&A, a full marketing and communications company, was responsible for the initial launch of Rodeo Drive and of the Hard Rock Café, and opened the Los Angeles franchises for Fendi, Pratesi and Versace. In 1991 he moved to Paris to focus on international advisory and non profit projects. As the co-founder of Pro Natura International, he was responsible for prize-winning developmental projects in 64 countries and 11 biodiversity expeditions.
Creative Director
For the past 20 years, Chiyoko’s career has been driven by perfecting the combination of technology and marketing to drive businesses’ growth. She worked 6 years at Calvin Klein, managing the original team that launched the brand’s first e-commerce site and first social media; in her time there, the company grew from $3B to $6.5B due to online sales and digital strategy. From there, Alexander Wang recruited Chiyoko to start his Marketing & E-commerce department and revamp his digital strategy. Prior to fashion, Chiyoko worked at ad agencies McCann and Havas, helping brands like J&J, Volvo, and GlaxoSmithKline navigate the bridge between online and offline.
Data and Media Buying
Ben is a graduate of Princeton University where he majored in Mathematics and was a member of the Men’s Heavyweight Crew. At Princeton, his independent work focused primarily on machine learning algorithms, culminating in a senior thesis titled “Variational Autoencoders: Finding a Foundation for ML Advances in Density.” Prior to PrecisionX, Ben headed a startup mobile app development company built to analyze rowing machine data.
Chief of Staff
Stephanie graduated from Providence College as a Martin Luther King Jr. Scholar. Prior to PrecisionX she worked as a primary research analyst at Third Bridge.
International Business Development
Caroline came to PrecisionX following thirteen years in the financial services industry. Most recently, she was a Principal at Blackstone.
Marketing Coordinator
Abigail came to PrecisionX out of Princeton University, where she earned a degree in Philosophy of Religion, focusing on the intersection of politics, religion, and media.

Alex joined PrecisionX from a background of working on people-centered, data- driven projects that push the boundaries of “business-as-usual.”
